The following terms and conditions describe the rules and standard procedures which regulate all players' rights in regards to disconnection and/or game cancellation:

• All players must accept the risk of disconnection. If a disconnection occurs, we strongly advise the player to re-connect, log on and continue playing as soon as possible. At no time will TriviaOnNet assume responsibility for player ISP (Internet Service Provider) disconnections or disconnected players’ losses, regardless of the cause. To help limit and/or assess the risk of possible disconnections, we recommend players contact their ISP for advice.
• TriviaOnNet reserves the right to change and/or modify this policy and make final decisions herein at its sole discretion. Any policy changes and relevant information will be communicated through the TriviaOnNet website.

INTERNET DISCONNECTION

• If an Internet connection is lost during a tournament session, a popup box will appear informing the player that he has been disconnected and will be able to join the game again once the internet connection is reestablished.
• When the player is logged in for an extended length of time without any activity he will automatically be logged off and disconnected from the TriviaOnNet game servers. A popup box will notify the player that the connection was terminated due to an extended period of inactivity.

LOSING CONNECTION

• If the player is disconnected for any reason during a tournament, he will be given an additional 20 seconds on the “Time to Act” countdown in order to reconnect to the game. A “house” message will be posted stating that “Username” has 20 seconds to reconnect to the game and act. If he manages to connect to the game before the allotted time runs out, the player can act.
• If the player does not manage to connect to the game before the allotted time runs out, the game will continue and the player will be automatically switched to “Auto play” mode.
• "Auto play" is a simple form of optimal strategy in which the software randomly selects the answers for the player.
• As soon as the player logs back into the game, the table screen will appear and he/she will be able to rejoin the tournament by clicking on the "I’m back" button
• All or any losses incurred as a result of disconnection/s will be absorbed by the player only.

GOVERNING LAW

The laws of Israel, without reference to, will govern this agreement's rules governing choice of law. Any action relating to this agreement must be brought in Israel, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of its courts.

NON-WAIVER

Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement. None of our employees, officers or agents may verbally alter, modify or waive any provision of this Agreement.

Should you fail to use your account for 90 days your account will be considered a "dormant account". The 90 day period will commence from your last login date. In the case of a dormant account, the Company will levy an administration fee of $10. This will be deducted from the account balance starting on the date at which it became dormant and recurring every 90 days. In the event that you login to after the administration fee is levied, Triviaonnet will stop deducting the administration fee but shall not be obligated in any way to return to you any funds deducted from your account at any such time.

By using the Software or the Service you fully understand and agree that triviaonnet and/or any party authorized by triviaonnet has the authority to contact you, and send you any messages in any way or form it sees fit.

We reserve the right to accept or deny such edits. Note however that once a question is submitted, you have no rights to demand modifications or deletion.

TriviaOnNet reserves the right not to include questions submitted. Questions submitted may be edited, modified or deleted by our editorial staff at any time.

In addition, users submitting content to TriviaOnNet warrant and represent when they submit the content that the content is in their own words and has not been taken from any copyright source(s) or they otherwise control all of the rights to such content as described in these terms including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for them to provide, post, upload, input or submit the content. If any change is unacceptable to you, you may cancel your subscription at any time, but TriviaOnNet will not refund any fees that may have accrued to your Account before cancellation of your subscription, and we will not prorate fees for any subscription. If your use of our services is subject to use or sales tax, then TriviaOnNet may also charge you for any such taxes, in addition to the subscription or other fees published in the billing section of TriviaOnNet.
PAYMENT OPTIONS


You may pay for subscriptions by Credit Card or PayPal. Your subscription will automatically renew, unless you affirmatively cancel your subscription. When you provide credit card information to TriviaOnNet, you represent to TriviaOnNet that you are the authorized user of the credit card that is used to pay subscription or other fees. Each month that you have a TriviaOnNet Account, you agree and reaffirm that TriviaOnNet is authorized to charge your credit card for the subscription fee. You agree to promptly notify TriviaOnNet of any changes to your credit card account number, its expiration date and/or your billing address, and you agree to promptly notify TriviaOnNet if your credit card expires or is canceled for any reason.

As the Account holder, you are responsible for all charges incurred, including applicable taxes, and all purchases made by you or anyone that uses your Account, including your family or friends. This means that you will be responsible for all usage and purchases on your Account.

Termination Of Account.
TriviaOnNet and you both have the right to terminate or cancel your Account or a particular subscription at any time. You understand and agree that the cancellation of your Account or a particular subscription is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dispute with TriviaOnNet. This includes, but is not limited to, any dispute related to, or arising out of: (1) any term of this Terms of Service or TriviaOnNet’s enforcement or application of this Agreement; (2) the Content available through TriviaOnNet or any change in Content provided through TriviaOnNet; (3) your ability to access and/or use TriviaOnNet; or (4) the amount or type of fees, surcharges, applicable taxes, billing methods, or any change to the fees, applicable taxes, surcharges or billing methods.
You can cancel your Account or a particular subscription by delivering notice to TriviaOnNet's Customer Service Department. TriviaOnNet reserves the right to collect fees, surcharges or costs incurred before you cancel your Account or a particular subscription. In the event that your Account or a particular subscription is terminated or canceled, no refund will be granted; no credits (e.g., YA or Action Points) will be credited to you or converted to cash or other form of reimbursement, and you will have no further access to your Account. Active TriviaOnNet Account holders may not allow former Account holders whose Account has been terminated by TriviaOnNet to use their Accounts. Any delinquent or unpaid Accounts or Accounts with unresolved issues with TriviaOnNet must be settled before TriviaOnNet may allow you to register again.
